When can I rent a storage unit?
AAA Malabar Storage has units available in a variety of sizes and options all the time. You can call, email or visit our office anytime to see a variety of units and our best prices. Rent any day of the month, we are here for you!
What forms of payment do you accept?
AAA Malabar Storage accepts payments for your account by cash, check or major credit card or debt card any day by visiting our office. Alternately, you can manage your account by creating an online account to setup autopay or make payments via credit card or debit card. We recommend you to setup automatic payment as the best and fastest way to pay your bill. We can also accept credit card payments by phone. After hours, cash or checks may be dropped in the secure blue drop box by the front door. We want to make paying your storage bill as convenient as possible!
What should I do if my contact info changes?
Has your address or contact details changed? All you need to do is update us in writing or email us with your new address or contact number so we can note it in your account. We pride ourselves in smooth communication with our customers.
What is the move out procedure to end my storage/parking rental?
In order to move out, you must give written notice ten (10) days before the end of the month to AAA Malabar Storage in accordance with your rental agreement. It is your responsibility to tell us when you are leaving to avoid being charged for an extra month.
Do you sell moving supplies at your office?
AAA Malabar Storage sells all the packing supplies you need to ensure a smooth move into storage. We can also help with moving trucks, trailer rentals plus hand trucks and dollies, moving pads and more.
Are there any prohibited items that can't be stored?
AAA Malabar Storage DOES NOT allow any food or perishable items. Obviously, we do not allow the storage of any illegal, flammable or restricted items. Please store using common sense for a great relationship with us!
What if I forget my gate access code?
Did you forget your access code? Don’t worry, simply stop by the office, verify your identity and we can provide your gate code to re-enter our facility. Did you forget how to contact us? Our office telephone (321) 727-7292 and after hours emergency contact numbers are listed on a plaque above each gate entry keypad. At AAA Malabar Storage we take safety and security very seriously!
Do you hold auctions like the ones on TV?
We do periodically hold lien sales (auctions) of the contents of storage units because, due to various reasons, the renter was unable to pay their storage bill. But they aren’t quite as “showbiz” as they are on TV. Visit our auction information page to learn more.
